Marketing Manager Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to oversee the product portfolio of Transitions Optical in Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries. As part of the Transitions EMEA Marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with market/cluster key stakeholders to drive business development in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to countries & customers, providing differentiated marketing campaigns and monitoring results.
- In-Store and Customer Journey: Propose and monitor in-store visibility, point-of-sale material development and delivery management, signage, demos, selling protocols for Key Accounts and Eye Care Professionals locations.
- Brand Management and Influence: Co-build annual brand marketing strategy with countries and oversee local execution, managing local teams through influence.
- Media and Communication management: Oversee the strategy, planning, execution & reporting of media plans, leveraging digital technologies to connect with customers and increase Eye Care Professionals recommendation.
- Sales and Marketing Events management: Oversee and provide direction for events to promote the brand with a strategic approach to engage customers and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Marketing and Business management, including relevant BtoB or retail experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong collaborative ability and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple key projects at the same time.
- Customer focus, with knowledge of optical business an advantage.
- English is a must, with French a plus.
