Job Summary

Rexel is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Representative to join our team in Alençon, France. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Strong understanding of the electrical and automation industries, including product knowledge and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
