Job Title: Strategic Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Rueil Malmaison, France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for Edgewell through the implementation of Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the local commercial leader to determine SRGM targets and empower the local team to make better, quicker commercial decisions through their own analysis.
  • Identify revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through optimization of trade investments within key retailer partners.
  • Develop and deliver local pack and price initiatives.
  • Support the continuous SRGM learning cycle for our investments and create do and do not action guidelines by SRGM lever by category.
Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of commercial processes in a Consumer Goods business.
  • Background in growing revenue.
  • Commercial acumen including P&L management and analytics to optimize SRGM (pack/price/promo architecture/trade terms).
  • Results-oriented - strong focus on ensuring that investment is linked and leads to commercial gain.
  • Critical Thinking - able to influence the decision-making process while balancing strategic and financial factors and priorities.
