About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead and shape our evolving product vision. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, streamline product elements, and ensure everything aligns seamlessly with our long-term ambitions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Planning: Work closely with senior management to align on product strategy and outcomes. Create a clear roadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on user needs and business objectives.
- Product Execution: Be the go-to product expert, deeply understanding the product in all its details. Present the product clearly and persuasively to various audiences (internal teams, clients, etc.). Identify how the product contributes to achieving business objectives.
- Customer/User Insight: Be the expert on user personas and customer needs within your product domain. Understand user behaviors in depth and communicate them clearly to the team.
Requirements
- Hard Skills: Mastery of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban for product development and delivery. Ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
