Your Role: Shaping the Future of Healthcare with AI

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll collaborate with a talented team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning experts, and healthcare professionals to create impactful models that directly benefit patients and practitioners.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine AI models for speech recognition, summarization, and medical data structuring.
  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of your algorithms.

Your Profile: A Data Science Leader in Healthcare AI

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced data scientist with a passion for healthcare. You possess strong analytical skills, a user-centric mindset, and a proven track record of success in the field of AI.

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI models, or demonstrable contributions to the field through publications or open-source projects.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art NLP architectures (Transformers, LLMs) and techniques (fine-tuning, distillation).
  • Experience with large-scale model training is a significant advantage.
