Industrial Construction EPC Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Engineering Manager to lead our Power Plant team in Ajaccio, Corsica.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between Home Office Engineering and the site-based team, ensuring seamless technical support for construction activities.
This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of industrial construction processes, with experience in managing teams and overseeing engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Engineering Project, including documentation, amendments, and final 'as-built' preparation;
- Oversee the issuance of technical documents required for construction activities;
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Supervision Team on constructability studies, project planning, and scheduling;
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between Site Management, Engineering Teams, and Contractors;
- Prepare handover documentation at project completion phase.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industrial construction EPC projects;
- Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques, design, and company standards;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a dedicated team;
- Availability to work on-site in Ajaccio, Corsica.
Location: Ajaccio, Corsica
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, reflecting the industry standard for senior-level positions in the field of industrial construction EPC management.
