We are seeking a highly skilled Formation Manager in Alternance to join our team at RATP, a leading global transportation company.

About the Role

As a Formation Manager in Alternance, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our training center. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing training sessions and coordinating with instructors
  • Reviewing and maintaining training records
  • Processing evaluation data and feedback
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
