Job Title: Pipeline Agency Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Nantes branch, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor the performance of ongoing projects, proactively analyzing revenue trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead and inspire operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Maintain close communication with site managers through regular meetings and on-site visits, ensuring project progress aligns with established goals.
- Manage project budgets meticulously, overseeing invoicing procedures and ensuring financial transparency.
- Collaborate closely with the quality and safety team to maintain rigorous standards across all projects.
- Propose innovative solutions and implement process improvements in coordination with the engineering department and management.
- Work effectively with the engineering and HR departments to ensure seamless project execution and employee well-being.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing profit centers within the infrastructure development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of site management practices, particularly in pipeline construction.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
