GOAT is a dynamic digital agency dedicated to delivering exceptional digital transformations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our fully-remote team.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients on a daily basis.
- Ensure seamless communication between GOAT and the client.
- Monitor project progress from kickoff to delivery/launch.
- Stay on top of milestones and deadlines.
- Anticipate and identify project roadblocks, and support the team in finding solutions.
- Manage projects within budget.
- Provide regular status updates to clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, and take notes.
- Develop reports and other materials needed for client and internal meetings.
- Onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.
- Report on Project Status and Progress on a daily basis to the Director of Project Management.

Gmail, Asana, Slack, Hubstaff for time tracking, Google Sheets + Docs, Google Calendar, Keynote, ChatGPT

Ideal Profile:
To be successful, you should:
- Have experience as a Project Manager, minimum 2 years.
- Be fluent in English and have proper English grammar to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Be able to communicate with the team and clients, both speaking and writing.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Be able to manage your own and other team members' time.
- Have a detail-oriented mindset and habits — this means keeping lists, lots of lists.
