Nous sommes en forte croissance et nous recrutons pour notre équipe un Consultant(e) EHS qui sera chargé(e) de:
- Réaliser des projets liés à la santé et à la sécurité des travailleurs et l'état opérationnel des installations industrielles pour nos clients.
- Réaliser des évaluations de la conformité E et / ou HS dans les installations industrielles et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives de suivi pour assurer la conformité avec les réglementations applicables (nationales ou européennes).
- Préparer des rapports clairs et concis, en anglais et en français, qui évaluent les risques liés à la santé / sécurité, ainsi que la conformité et l'état opérationnel des installations industrielles étudiées.
- Co-concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions personnalisées pour améliorer les performances en matière de sécurité et gestion de l'environnement sur les sites des clients.
- Délivrer des formations aux responsables des sociétés clientes afin de transformer leur culture sécurité et sensibiliser sur le développement durable.
- Engager tous les niveaux d'une organisation à réaliser la transformation souhaitée de leurs performances en matière de santé et de sécurité et en matière de leur impact environnemental.
- Gérer plusieurs projets en respectant la demande client, le budget et le calendrier contractuel.
- Entretenir et développer efficacement les relations avec les clients afin de les fidéliser.
- Communiquer avec les clients, l'équipe projet ERM et les sous-traitants, le cas échéant.
Exigences du poste
- Diplômé(e) d'un bac + 5 en Hygiène et Sécurité et/ou gestion de l'environnement (école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un Master 2) ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Une expérience avérée dans un environnement de conseil ou une expérience substantielle dans le secteur industriel est un plus.
- Une compréhension des problématiques de l'industrie et des entreprises clientes principales.
- Motivé(e), enthousiaste, avec un fort esprit d'équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles, expérience de la rédaction de rapports techniques.
- Vif(ve) et proactif(ive), vous avez le souci du détail, et aussi la capacité à prendre du recul, et un sens de l'éthique.
- Aptitude à développer et à entretenir des relations durables avec les clients, à identifier et identifier des opportunités de vente pour ERM et à encadrer les collaborateurs débutants.
- La capacité d'influence est également essentielle dans ce rôle.
- Un jugement sain, du dynamisme et de l'initiative sont également essentiels pour réussir dans cette fonction.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle. La disponibilité pour les déplacements sera requise.
