In this role, you will ensure the formulation and execution of customer strategies that promote growth. You will grasp the essential business metrics and financial factors that enable profitable expansion for Mondelēz International and our partners, collaborating with key account managers to realize our annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Spearheading the trade marketing component of the annual category plans (contract process).
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer insights by channel to inform trade marketing strategic choices.
  • Leading business planning meetings to establish sales targets that align with the annual strategy using relevant data.
  • Recommending and influencing investments in category development based on channel requirements, ensuring exceptional execution at points of sale.
  • Monitoring competitors' commercial activities within the category to identify business opportunities and potential risks for the brand.
  • Taking a leadership role within cross-category teams by providing accurate and pertinent channel point-of-sale insights that help uncover business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, and pricing strategies, aimed at achieving multi-category goals.
