As a key member of our Programme and Resource Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of our human rights and democracy programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to good governance by ensuring responsibilities in respect of risk management, internal control, results monitoring and reporting, evaluation, internal/external audit, fraud prevention and ethical behaviour are respected.
  • Develop and implement effective programme management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to programme staff to ensure the effective implementation of our programmes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to programme management.
Requirements
  • Higher education degree or qualification equivalent to a Master's degree in a relevant field (law, politics, international relations, etc.).
  • Extensive professional experience at a senior level in standard-setting, monitoring and/or technical co-operation.
