We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Change Management Specialist to join our team at Hermès. As a key member of our retail transformation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and support business process owners in their domain, ensuring a strong change approach.
- Develop and deliver training methodologies and instructional design to ensure the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement change strategies, using process books and user training paths.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers, key-users, and end-users.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Familiarity with luxury, supply chain, and/or merchandising concepts, processes, and systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in store operations, supply chain, or IT implementation.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
