About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Advisor to join our team at Groupe Crédit Agricole. As a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the banking sector, providing personalized advice and commercial services to meet their financial needs.

• Negotiate banking conditions with clients within the scope of your delegation.

• Develop your portfolio quantitatively by seeking out and contacting new prospects.

• Participate actively in commercial activities and animations within the agency.

• Promote an omnichannel approach to clients.

Risk Management

• Apply first-level risk prevention procedures for debtor and overdue accounts in your portfolio.

• Ensure client files are compliant.

Other Activities

• Plan your activity and use commercial tools provided.

• Report on your commercial activity using appropriate tools.

• Participate in reception management.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Bac+2 degree, with a strong understanding of economics and finance. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be recognized for your ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Previous experience in the banking sector is an asset, with knowledge of the range of products and services, including life insurance and securities, as well as familiarity with sales tools.

Contract and Status

This is a contract position with a non-management status.

Location

The position is located in the Hauts-de-France region, specifically in the Pas-de-Calais department.
