About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Manager to join our Business Unit Information Governance & Document Services (IGDS) team at Iron Mountain France. As a Records Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete inventory of technical archives for our public sector client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment of Technical Archives:
    • Inventorize detailed documents
    • Tri: determine DUA and final sorts of documents
    • Write analysis notes for documents
    • Prepare and index documents for digitization
    • Quality control
    • Condition documents in boxes/cartons
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Assist project management
    • Update project planning and tracking indicators
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders (client, digitization service)
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Confirmed
  • Technical Skills:
    • Mastering ISAD (G) description principles, current regulations, and normalized vocabularies
    • Evaluation, identification, and selection of archives
    • Legislative, regulatory, and normative framework for public sector archives management
    • Proficiency in office software (Pack Office)

  • Frequent handling operations (manipulation of files and archive boxes)

  • Degree in Archival Science
  • Good knowledge of current and intermediate archives management
  • Desirable experience in a similar role
