Additionally, we provide a range of HR services (Domino Oak: wage portage, training, assessment, and interim management).

Job Description:


Domino Missions Grenoble is in search of an Insurance Administrative Collaborator for a client specializing in Wealth Management.

This role is a full-time permanent position located in proximity to public transport facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing incoming phone communications
  • Executing secretarial duties (such as formatting administrative correspondence, mailing, etc.)
  • Overseeing and administratively tracking client files
  • Organizing meetings for clients and prospects
  • Updating client documentation
  • Monitoring commercial activities
  • Assisting management with weekly scheduling and appointment organization



Profile:


Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Qualification in wealth management or banking administration
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clean criminal record (N°2 Certificate)
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality
