About the Job
As a Product Marketing Assistant at Too Faced, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team by extracting and analyzing data from retailers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Filling weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and communicating key findings to the team
- Collecting and analyzing data from retailers to inform business decisions
- Handling 'no charge orders' (gratis, GWP, collateral) and placing orders for free products to send to retailers, stores, or team members
- Supporting the creation of English to French translations and product marketing materials
- Tracking product information, including product features and competitor analysis
- Assisting with trade marketing animations and events
About Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly and weekly reporting on sales data, social media presence, and ranking tracking
- 'No charge orders' placement and tracking
- Handling office shipments to team members and retailers
- Review and creation of English to French translations
- Product marketing missions, including tracking product information and competitor analysis
- Support on trade marketing animations
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Business or a related field
- A minimum of 6 months of internship experience
- Fluency in French and English
