Customer Excellence Division - Marketing & Commercial Sector

As part of the newly established Customer Excellence Division within the Marketing & Commercial Sector, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the internal visibility of the division and reinforcing the passenger commitment across various departments, Business Units, and subsidiaries of the RATP EPIC group.

You will provide support to the communication project manager, assisting with daily operational tasks related to the creation and execution of strategic action plans.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and engaging with the Marketing & Commercial Sector internally
  • Developing diverse communication materials including articles for the intranet, posters, videos, internal newsletters, and posts for the corporate social network
  • Coordinating internal events
  • Updating the departmental section on the intranet
  • Producing videos that showcase the efforts of our field agents to meet passenger expectations: conducting topic research, briefing, obtaining approvals, filming...
  • Overseeing production agencies
  • Conducting competitive analysis
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented actions

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing or Communication
  • Demonstrates diligence, organization, curiosity, and creativity. Enjoys teamwork and possesses proactive writing and communication skills essential for fulfilling the role.
  • Prior experience in the nonprofit sector or in a corporate setting, particularly in internal or external communication or event management, would be advantageous.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional writing skills with flawless spelling
  • Strong organizational, planning, and anticipatory abilities
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, monitoring, and publishing tools
  • Expertise in office software
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as work independently
