About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a Chemistry Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the analytical chemistry market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their chemistry needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on the latest chemistry trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our chemistry products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the analytical chemistry market, preferably with a strong background in chemistry workflows and applications.
  • Knowledge and relevant qualification in Analytical Chemistry or Biology, with a strong understanding of Liquid Chromatography and Sample Preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of the European market and culture.
