Job Summary

As a Chemistry Sales Account Manager at Waters Corporation, you will play a key role in ensuring the health of your assigned territory, which includes approaching new and existing customers, conducting customer visits, and providing technical advice to support their chemistry needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess their chemistry needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Review and assess the pipeline, evaluating the potential for new business opportunities and identifying areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create a business plan aligned with the corporate strategy and implement it effectively.
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote Waters' chemistry consumables and solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the chemistry industry, preferably with a background in analytical chemistry or biology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • A high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French is required, and a good level of English is necessary for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
