Legal Counsel for Competition Matters

We are in search of a Competition Law Legal Advisor (m/f) to become a part of our dynamic team.
Your primary role will involve providing guidance on various Competition Law issues impacting the organization and its sectors worldwide.
Reporting directly to the Head of Competition Law, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting business units and legal departments with competition law inquiries concerning collaboration agreements, procurement processes, supply chain dynamics, distribution frameworks, and additional areas.
- Supporting M&A and Strategic divisions throughout the complete lifecycle, including merger control submissions and integration following mergers.
- Evaluating financing structures for new initiatives, overseeing competition law inquiries, and tracking third-party M&A activities.
- Delivering training on competition law and aiding in the creation of relevant documentation.
In this position, you will be engaged in a vibrant environment known for its contributions to aerospace and space exploration.
