AccorCorpo is a leading hospitality company that requires a skilled Procurement Financial Expert to join its team. As a key member of the Procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze Corporate Procurement revenues and performance to inform top management and buyers' decisions.
- Produce and review monthly P&L variances between actual figures and budget, collaborating with the accounting team to adjust P&L and submit corrections.
- Control committed expenses, such as digital expenses, and their analytical imputation in the Group's dedicated tool.
- Act as a business partner to build, define, coordinate, and animate transversal processes, improving cash management and ensuring compliance with Group directives.
- Coordinate and consolidate Procurement Budget/Landing data worldwide, working closely with local Procurement financial controllers.
- Ensure budget/LE targets are correctly and exhaustively transcribed into financial systems.
- Collect, harmonize, and streamline data collection for the Procurement department worldwide, building ad-hoc follow-up and analysis.
- Review financial figures as a financial controller, challenging and controlling monthly actual figures vs budget/last estimate, and understanding the cause of gaps to propose remediation solutions.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with Microsoft 365 and PowerBI advantageous.
- Master's degree in Finance or Grande Ecole program with a major in Finance.
- Previous experience in Finance/Controlling/Internal Audit.
- Up to 12 days of remote work per month, with equipment allowance and daily compensation.
- A CSE that supports you in financing your activities, including culture, vacations, sports, Christmas, family events, and more.
