Main Functions

We are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the development of our Ruminant business. The successful candidate will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager and assist the Global Ruminant Marketing team.

The Administrative and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the billing process and communication between service providers and accountancy services.
  • Updating the document library, including product documents, test summary documents, and bibliographic collections.
  • Coordinating operational marketing actions, including special actions, shipments, and follow-up with territories.
  • Occasionally supporting event organization and logistics.
  • Working with the commercial sales team to gather information from customer labels, create a database, and propose the best way to share it back.
  • Conducting market surveys, gathering data to support market assessments, conducting market interviews, and looking for data sources.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Digital marketing:
    • Emailing campaigns: creating, executing, and sending internal and external emailing campaigns for the Ruminant team.
    • Multi-channel campaign analysis and recommendation: supporting the Ruminant team in analyzing campaign performance indicators.
  • Print marketing:
    • Updating documents and improving the design of PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced professional English.
  • Rigor.
  • Organization.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including emailing tools and Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in company administration, management, marketing, or market research.
Assets

The following skills are an asset:

  • Mastery of basic graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Marketing intelligence and marketing skills with an interest in agronomy, agriculture, or animal sciences.
Personal Abilities
