About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Engineer to join our team at Yokogawa Electric Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and project delivery, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Generate new sales leads, follow up on leads, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, cloud development, and digitalization.
  • Proficiency in database systems, web applications, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
