Description of the Position

In the context of Devoteam's regional development, we are seeking a Cloud Project Manager who will be a key player in the digital transformation process of our clients by advising innovative solutions aligned with business needs and processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and securing a portfolio of cloud migration projects. You will facilitate digital transformation by working according to the Agile methodology at scale.

Your missions will be:

  • Structuring and assisting in the management of various projects.
  • Overseeing the cross-functional follow-up of the project portfolio.
  • Monitoring and verifying project progress.
  • Creating and implementing indicators related to the project portfolio.
  • Ensuring budget follow-up, KPIs, quality, and risks of the project portfolio.
  • Communicating on project progress.
  • Preparing management reports on project progress.
  • Structuring and assisting in the management of various projects.
  • Being a driving force for process improvement.
  • Accompanying teams through change.

Qualifications

You have a solid understanding of the technical and functional dimensions of IT projects.

You are proficient in tools such as PlanView, Miro, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

You are familiar with Agile methodologies.

You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills, with a good command of English.

You show a developed sense of rigor and organization, and are able to prioritize actions based on the importance of activities.

You cultivate your expertise and constantly seek better ways of doing things, and are willing to share them with others.

Organization, rigor, autonomy, listening, and sharing are among your qualities.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

  • A first phone call to discuss the position's modalities.
  • A HR meeting to get to know each other and understand your professional project, as well as to present the company and our vision.
  • A technical meeting to challenge your skills and assess your fit for the position.
  • A meeting with the Management team to project your professional trajectory together.
