Bakery Assistant

Accor is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bakery Commis to join our team. As a key member of our pastry team, you will be responsible for assisting our Baker Chef in preparing hot bread and maintaining the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing hot bread and other baked goods under the guidance of the Baker Chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with kitchen sanitation and ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
- Participate in scheduled training and on-the-job training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Senior High School, Hotel School, or Tourism Academy diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable establishment, preferably in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
