Global Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a Global Internal Communications Manager to join our global communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication and employee engagement strategies that align with our vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and plans for a variety of topics, aligned with the company's vision, values and objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on internal communications.
  • Oversee the internal communications channels, tools and processes to deliver timely and relevant information across the organization.
  • Develop and oversee the production of impactful communication materials that consistently reflect company messaging and brand voice.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of internal communications activities and initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and tools.
