Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager at Derichebourg Multiservices, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy and driving business growth for our Reims agency, with a target revenue of €10,200,000.

You will work closely with the Regional Director to develop the commercial policy and propose actions to the Regional Commercial Director, while respecting the company's commercial policy and short- and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
  • Implement CRM systems and manage customer relationships.
  • Participate in bid responses and develop commercial proposals.
  • Report on sales activity to the Regional Director.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and English.
