Commercial Development Manager

As a Commercial Development Manager at Derichebourg Multiservices, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy and driving business growth for our Reims agency, with a target revenue of €10,200,000.
You will work closely with the Regional Director to develop the commercial policy and propose actions to the Regional Commercial Director, while respecting the company's commercial policy and short- and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
- Implement CRM systems and manage customer relationships.
- Participate in bid responses and develop commercial proposals.
- Report on sales activity to the Regional Director.
- Strong commercial skills and a hunter mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.
