Maintenance Instructor

At Airbus, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Instructor to join our team at our Training Center in Toulouse, France.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to aircraft mechanics, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to perform safe and efficient maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customers and the aviation industry.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions, providing hands-on instruction and feedback to trainees.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and guidance.
- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid PART 66 license and have a strong background in aircraft maintenance.
- Be fluent in English (B2/C1 level) and have a good understanding of French.
- Have a strong understanding of Airbus aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
