Essity AB is seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our European Commercial team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by implementing transformational NRM processes, playbooks, and trainings across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with markets to develop and implement Essity NRM processes and playbooks.
- Manage the creation and delivery of the Essity NRM Academy.
- Drive and communicate adherence to the Essity way of working.
- Extensive experience in FMCG industry, commercial or strategic business roles.
- Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a structured ability to manage large complex projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience in achieving results in a matrix organization.
- In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
- Ability to lead with personal influence, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical, supportive & principled; ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
- Engaging and positive; a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
