At Wallbox, we're revolutionizing the way the world uses energy. As a Presales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to make sustainable use of energy a reality.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Wallbox solutions, including third-party integration and technical solutions.
  • Support Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless prospect-to-customer transitions.
  • Ensure Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service.
  • Address, review, and solve any issues with Wallbox Products.
  • Identify and rectify faults in the Wallbox Partner Network to prevent major problems.
  • Have direct on-site contact with key accounts to address issues.
  • Support and consolidate the Wallbox Partners Network.
  • Ensure the delivery of every installation within QA standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Interest in electric vehicles and renewable energies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and self-learning.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to work closely with end-users in a consulting, services, or support capability.
  • Travel as required.
  • Native in French and high level of English. Other languages are a plus.
