Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Team Leader per unirsi al nostro team in Italia per la nostra azienda cliente, la più grande società di consulenza per l'innovazione in Europa.

Compiti Principali
  • Gestire il team di Vendite e lavorare secondo i KPI e i target di vendita del team;
  • Generare nuovi affari e acquisire account strategici per l'azienda;
  • Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del team;
  • Guidare il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Identificare le esigenze di formazione e fornire coaching al team di vendita;
  • Collaborare con il management per sviluppare strategie di vendita/marketing e penetrare nuovi mercati;
  • Riconoscere le performance eccellenti e premiare i risultati;
  • Coinvolgersi in progetti strategici per lo sviluppo della filiale italiana;
  • Ricercare nuove opportunità per l'evoluzione dell'azienda;
  • Fornire guida e supporto ai membri del team.
Requisiti
  • Madrelingua italiano e ottima conoscenza dell'inglese;
  • Istruzione post-secondaria o equivalente, con un MBA come valore aggiunto;
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza (a livello manageriale) nelle vendite del settore dei finanziamenti per la Ricerca e Sviluppo e l'Innovazione;
  • Precedente esperienza lavorativa presso una grande società di consulenza nel settore è un plus;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di un team;
  • Comprovata esperienza nell'utilizzo di una metodologia di vendita per generare lead di vendita, aprire e gestire il ciclo di vendita fino alla firma del contratto;
  • Conoscenza degli accordi di success fee è un plus;
  • Mentalità indipendente, motivazione, orientamento ai risultati e forte senso di iniziativa;
  • Otte capacità di comunicazione (verbale e scritta) e grande capacità di ascolto;
  • Orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavoro di squadra;
  • Elevato livello di integrità ed etica aziendale;
  • Patente di guida valida.
