Your MissionWe seek a passionate and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to lead the charge in cultivating a thriving and engaged workforce. Reporting directly to the Communications & Engagement Leader of an international entity, you will spearhead all aspects of employee engagement, from strategic planning to global implementation.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Employee Engagement strategy and communications plan tailored to your entity.
- Craft and deliver exceptional online and offline experiences that resonate with employees at all levels.
- Create compelling managerial communications for diverse audiences within your entity.
- Foster a vibrant internal community by collaborating closely with HR to design engaging meetings, rituals, and communication channels.
- Develop internal communications assets and toolkits on key strategic topics, ensuring effective cascading across the organization.
- Manage all internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, etc.) for your entity, including global events, in collaboration with the group CA&E network.
- Coordinate and measure the successful rollout of the communications plan to specific audiences.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR on the implementation of Group-wide programs.
You possess a minimum of two years of experience as an Internal/Change Management Communications Manager or Director. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. Your expertise extends to event management and agency collaboration.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Excel in delivering results within a matrix organization.
- Possess strong operational abilities and project management skills across various domains (events, digital, editorial).
- Exhibit exceptional written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
- Demonstrate the ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Show a genuine interest in Beauty, Science, Technology, and Sustainability.

Your agility and adaptability allow you to listen, anticipate, and adjust to the evolving needs of the organization.
