We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team at adidas. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talent for our company.
About the RoleAs a Campus Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and universities across Europe. You will work closely with our Early Careers and HR teams to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our Early Careers population.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying key target schools and universities
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events on campus
- Organizing information sessions and presentations about our company
- Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that meets our business needs
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Early Careers roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
