Position: B2B Sales Executive - LHH Recruitment Solutions

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading consultancy in recruitment and interim management, is seeking a B2B Sales Executive for a prominent player in the urban advertising sector.
  • Expand a portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting initiatives.
  • Provide clients with tailored communication strategies that meet their local demands.
  • Engage in community relations efforts within the designated area.
  • Work alongside a sales support specialist who manages administrative responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
Essential: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in field sales.
Key Skills Required:
  • A passion for commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, initiative, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to assess client requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
A competitive salary package of 45k€ (80% fixed / 20% variable).
Company vehicle provided.
