We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Enterprise Sales team in EMEA South. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving incremental growth and net new logos with Enterprise companies in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing Enterprise sales team to create complex deals that drive business value and ROI for customers
- Win new Enterprise clients and logos through strategic partnerships with marketing, sales engineering, and business development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and expansion in EMEA South
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and sales teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven experience in leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams and driving growth in EMEA
- Track record of success in landing and expanding new Enterprise logos
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to changing priorities
