Position Title: AS400 Support Specialist

Role Overview:
  • Troubleshoot user challenges and deliver assistance to team members.
  • Identify and rectify software issues.

  • Set up user ERP configurations and conduct functionality assessments.
  • Record the steps taken to resolve issues.
You will undergo training focused on ERP operations and resolving customer configuration challenges.
