Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join its Programme, Budget and Financial Management Service (EXD/PBF). As a key member of the EXD/PBF team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to support the Service's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications plans to engage EXD/PBF staff and promote the Service's priorities
  • Collaborate with EXD/PBF management to achieve communications objectives and ensure alignment with the Service's strategic goals
  • Prepare and edit communications materials, including reports, presentations, and talking points, to support EXD/PBF's financial information communications
  • Act as the main point of contact for online communications, providing guidance on best practices and reviewing web content to ensure adherence to OECD guidelines and standards
  • Update and improve web content, and disseminate online information in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, communications, journalism, or related area
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in a communications role with similar responsibilities, preferably in an international organisation
  • Proven experience demonstrating strong writing, oral communication skills, editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills
  • Excellent knowledge of web editing standards and the latest developments in communication technologies and best practices
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to communication
  • Excellent working experience with internet technologies and proven ability to rapidly master new digital technologies and communications tools

Contract Duration: ~ Monthly base salary starting from 5,628EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
