Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive market penetration.
  2. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  4. Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
  5. Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industry.
  6. Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  7. Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
  8. Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
  9. Participate in conferences and represent the company as a speaker to discuss industry trends and best practices.
  10. Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
  11. Participate in RFPs and engage in activities to drive the organization's sales performance and ensure long-term success.
  12. Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  13. Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
  14. Responsible for generating reports and measuring performance.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Chief Sales Officer or similar Executive role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Additional languages are a plus.
  4. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  6. Good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behavior.
  7. Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies.
