Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive market penetration.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
- Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industry.
- Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
- Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
- Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
- Participate in conferences and represent the company as a speaker to discuss industry trends and best practices.
- Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
- Participate in RFPs and engage in activities to drive the organization's sales performance and ensure long-term success.
- Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
- Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
- Responsible for generating reports and measuring performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Chief Sales Officer or similar Executive role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behavior.
- Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies.
