As a member of the 'Legal Advisory and Social Relations' team, you will collaborate with three legal experts and a team leader. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
  • Performing legal research and drafting tailored legal documents
  • Supporting recruitment and career managers in tracking individual cases
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions and practical resources related to social law for recruitment and career managers
  • Engaging in the planning, preparation, and follow-up of discussions with employee representatives and/or social partners
  • Overseeing the commitments outlined in collective agreements
  • Staying informed about current social legislation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates who are pursuing a Master's degree in social law through an apprenticeship. The following attributes are desirable:
