We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to support our Intellectual Property team in France. This is a full-time, permanent contract position with the possibility of partial remote work. The ideal candidate will be based in either Paris or Lyon, as chosen by the candidate. The successful candidate will work closely with legal experts, technicians, patent engineers, and scientific advisors on patent litigation with a transnational dimension.

About the Role
The Paralegal will assist the team in coordinating transnational litigation cases, including:
- Assisting in the coordination of transnational litigation cases;
- Housekeeping of several databases (iManage, SharePoint);
- Filing of documents, correspondence, and other materials;
- Organization, maintenance, and updating of litigation event calendars (SharePoint, Outlook);
- Scheduling conference calls and organizing meetings;
- Keeping coordination documents up to date (administrative information, competitive intelligence, national laws, strategic comments, action plan, litigation follow-up, calendar);
- Drafting and preparation of emails and letters;
- Autonomous management of specific tasks and direct link with clients and local counsels in various countries;
- Budget and invoice tracking;
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by lawyers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Attention to detail and thoroughness;
- A very good level of English with good writing and expression skills;
- A good command of office automation tools;
- Team spirit.
Education and Experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' higher education in law or equivalent and/or at least 1 year's experience in a similar position in a law firm.
