Administrative Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an Administrative Accounting Clerk. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager and assist in the management of daily tasks.
- Record and process transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Follow up on customer and supplier accounts to ensure timely payments and receipts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and accounting closing
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Check item prices and calculate computer valuations of stocks
Requirements:
- ~1-3 years experience in accounting or a related field
- ~ Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance regulations
- ~ Good math skills and attention to detail
- ~ Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Exact)
- ~ BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
