Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance professional to join our team at Accor as a Senior Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activity of the Finance Department, ensuring all financial standards are followed, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage the finance team, ensuring all financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • To compile and analyze financial information to prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly and annual reports.
  • To ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and that all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • To establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • To balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs, supporting budget and forecast activities, and assisting Departmental Leaders as required.
  • To support the financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process, ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • To analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
  • To follow departmental policies and procedures, including all safety policies.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a finance team and leading financial projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
