We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Risk Analyst to join our Global Trade Solutions team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and conducting field and remote surveys on receivables finance customers and new business prospects, primarily in the corporate and GBM space.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and conduct field and remote surveys on receivables finance customers and new business prospects to identify and assess product-related risks.
- Ascertain the value of collateral purchased or to be purchased under the seller agreement with GTS.
- Produce high-quality survey reports on findings and recommend action to ensure the security of funding provided.
- Work closely with GTS client management, sales teams, and transaction risk management to maintain and build upon high customer service standards.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment with practical auditing or accountancy experience.
- Strong knowledge of RF products and delivery channels, and a good working knowledge of HSBC Group products, including Trade Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to elicit information from all levels of client staff and other internal departments.
- Fluent in French and English languages (both written and spoken).
- High degree of self-motivation to achieve results and accomplish objectives.
- High standard of IT skills to extract and analyze data from complex systems.
