About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global IT Business Partner to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining the Digital Technology Strategy for 1 or multiple Demand capabilities to support our Global functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with global/functional leadership teams to understand business objectives and define how technology can support them.
  • Constantly learn and network inside and outside the business to bring innovation in your functional area.
  • Engage with Functional Global and Regional teams to understand their strategies and problems and define the digital technology strategy to support the function's long-term objectives.
  • Accountable for business value creation & Realization via digital in the demand area.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and managers to create clear outcomes, scope, approach, and business case for 1 or multiple Demand capabilities.
  • Monitor the progression of projects through the delivery phase, working with deployment and Digital Technology teams in the regions to ensure the realization of the benefits.
  • Identify, measure, track, and report on key success metrics to ensure alignment to products, business goals, and company priorities.
