Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of PMO within the Global Technology division, focusing on the management of both portfolio and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PMO team in constructing and overseeing the R&D budget.
- Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms, extracting and manipulating data to enhance investment ratios, ensuring optimal future revenue generation.
- Maintain essential maintenance levels to maximize the value of existing assets while minimizing operational costs.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the investment profile, balancing Android investments with Proprietary OS and Solutions investments.
- Optimize R&D financing methods, maximizing financial contributions from CIR and CAPI, and refining offshoring levels.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate the annual terminals budget, ensuring alignment with financial data.
- Track performance metrics and implement risk and change management strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in science, mathematics, or a related discipline, complemented by a postgraduate degree in data analytics or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business administration, general accounting, and cost accounting.
- Proven experience in managing R&D projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Solid understanding of budgetary management and accounting principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
