COMSIP is seeking a highly skilled Installation Method Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Method Engineering team and operation team, ensuring seamless execution of installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Method Engineering team and operation team to ensure effective project execution.
- Act as a global interface between methods and operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement installation philosophies and operation methodologies, in close liaison with the Offshore Operation Manager.
- Define deliverables and schedules, ensuring compliance with project scope and safety requirements.
- Manage installation engineering teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for IA design and methods verification, and with procurement teams for IA listing and order follow-up.
- General technical knowledge of offshore/marine works.
- In-depth knowledge of physical phenomena related to work at sea.
- Understanding of equipment used for offshore work.
- Knowledge of offshore work procedures and safety rules.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Autocad, Orcaflex, and methods drilling/piling/heavy lift.
- Minimum 5 years of expertise on similar projects and 7-10 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in maritime/Oil and Gas and offshore experience/method installation & construction.
