Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in the Cluster France-Benelux Finance department. As a key member of the EMEA Commercial Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and control support to the region's Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, identifying key assumptions and challenges that are embedded in the plans.
- Own and deliver the Cluster P&L, including ownership of Monthly Performance review document.
- Report and respond to Performance Analytics and Insights: Customer; Brand; Product Portfolio; D&T; Innovation; Market Share; Stock in Channel; demand alignment; Customer Service.
- Input to NPD process and act as liaison to Brand Finance including for A&P / Investment decisions.
- Overhead Management: People and Bought; Budgeting; cost control.
- Deliver financial month-end in partnership with Accounting and FP&A, providing accrual input and P&L review/ insight.
- University Diploma from business economics school.
- At least 10 years working experience in Commercial Finance /FP&A roles.
- Exposure to management of large-scale businesses, ideally in a Consumer Goods environment.
- Excellent Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to present complex financial information to Senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and a strong working knowledge of BI applications.
