Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Colombes, France. As a key member of the EMEA Commercial Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and control to the region's Commercial teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Cluster Finance team and drive accountability for results
  • Business Partner with the VP and GM of the Cluster and wider Commercial leadership to drive customer decision making
  • Ownership of the Cluster P&L and associated KPIs
  • Leading the preparation of budgets and forecasts, identifying key assumptions and challenges
  • Ownership of Financial BI tools, ensuring data integrity and enhancing reporting outputs
  • Report and respond to Performance Analytics and Insights
  • Input to NPD process and act as liaison to Brand Finance
  • Overhead Management: People and Bought; Budgeting; cost control
  • Deliver financial month-end in partnership with Accounting and FP&A
Requirements:
  • University Diploma from business economics school
  • At least 10 years working experience in Commercial Finance /FP&A roles
  • Exposure to management of large-scale businesses, ideally in a Consumer Goods environment
  • Excellent Fluency in English language both written and spoken
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and a strong working knowledge of BI applications
  • Natural Business Partner able to build rapport, trust and influence the outcome
  • Track record of driving financial performance, both top-line and profitability
  • History of leading and shaping high performing teams
  • Inquisitive mind, able to quickly assess risks and opportunities
