The Propulsion Systems division is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art propulsion technologies that aim to improve fuel efficiency, lower CO2 emissions, and reduce pollutants, all while ensuring exceptional driving performance and enjoyment. Our innovations encompass a broad spectrum of products, from Stop-Start systems to fully electric vehicles.
We are currently in search of a seasoned HR Business Partner (m/f) to support our production operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising management on HR-related issues within their scope
- Contributing to the operational success of the facility
- Facilitating employee development and organizational advancement
- Enforcing health and safety protocols within the assigned area
- Coordinating the deployment of strategic initiatives and executing related action plans
- Promoting a positive workplace culture and assisting the HR Manager
- Collaborating on the communication strategy for the site, managing internal communication efforts
- Co-managing the Employee Engagement Committee and overseeing the well-being action plan for the site
What we seek:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in comparable roles within an industrial environment
- Fluency in professional-level English
